Someone with 1 green box just repped me but i never recieved any points from them, just a grey box...please explain? Shouldn't have i recived 1 point?

So that means you cant give 1 point out, the minium must be 2? Since after 100 points you will have 2 green boxes, the rep you give out will be 2 points?

some points but > 0(i think) = 1 green dot
>100 points = 1 rep = 2 green dots
>200 points = 2 rep = 3 green dots

etc. until 5 green dots

then it takes 200 points per yellow dot

This is correct, someone with 2 green boxed repped me and i went up 2 points. Minimum must be 2 then.

I believe I got one bar, how many bars/points do I need to sell parts, cars etc? How do I give people points? Where do I check to see how many points I got? Can I give points even though I just created newcomer? Can I receive more points as a newcomer & can sell things?

1 bar is enough to sell, but you have to wait for 90days? to obtain member status in order to sell

How do I give people points?
click on the star icon that's on the bottom left of the post to give +ve/-ve reps

Where do I check to see how many points I got?
Click "settings" on top right

As on page one.
Note: Users with less than 100 PQ points can still click the star icon however there will be no change to the score of the user who receives this hit. The reasoning being that you need to build up a decent PQ score before you can hand out points to someone else.

As a newbie,

You will need at least 1+ rep points AND 90days worth of active login.

As above. It's all on the first page.

In order to gain member, I find 90 days a bit too far... Have no choice but too wait! I'd like too sell something & I can't!
