You can get touch up paint from any auto store... eg: autobarn, supercheap auto etc...
just tell them your colour code and they will mix it for you....
cost roughly around $10 - $15
ohriteo then i was thinkin it mite have been something i'd have to go to the honda dealership but thats easy enough. thanks mars
ur welcome... b4 you go buy touch up paint... how deep is your scratches??
if they are not to deep try using scratch X you can also buy it from the places i mention before...
or if you have a buffer try buffing it out...
reason i am saying this is because touch up paint ain't that great.... looks good from far but close up you can still see it....
touch up paint only good for little chip marks caused by stones....
but then again you are going to spray it later on anyways so touch up paint will do the trick until you respray the area again when you can afford it...
you buy a spray can which comes with a brush from supercheap or autobarn. it is a paint which forms the same colour on application with your factory colour.
yeah there is a few that are only minor but a touch up paint will help too.
thanks for that again
I recently bought some touch up paint from Honda, in a small bottle with a brush for $20 odd. Good thing is... it's a perfect match. :D
hrm, might go visit supercheap auto or something soon, had a guy rear-end my car, then taken it to get the bumper fixed, the panel beater gave a shitty job and a bit of the paint is flaking off where the bootlid meets the bumper :(
supercheap doesnt mix paint. autobarn does.
although supercheap may already have your colour you need
I would suggest going to the Honda dealership as they at least (read: hopefully) should have the exact colour for your car, or at least should be able to order it in.
Speaking of which, I discovered stone chips this afternoon. I will see what the dealership can do at the 1000km health check.
stone chips are a real bastard!
