1.Quiet + gains (over stock) = Mugen TwinLoop .. 800 - 900+ 2nd hand; 1.4k+ new
2.Loud as F**k + good gains over stock (Super light too) = J's racing 60RS full titanium exhaust.. 1k to 1.2kish 2nd hand; 1.8k new..
3. Good, bang for buck + good gains and nice note = 5Zigen Proracer A spec .. 790-1k new.. (from memory)
As Lan said an ITR is exhaust is good to go with, cant go wrong and they do well with the VTI-R's.
You get reasonable performance, doesn't stand out as much like a canon (So you wont be as noticed as much with the boys in blue) and is quiet and efficient.

i have a 4" cannon atm but its a bitch, 2 loud. so im looking for a branded 2.5" prob. just dunno wat brand and if i should i get a full system or only a cat back.
honda is a good brand
If it's too loud you need a silencer.
