Sorry mate, it isn't so easy. Well the assembly is, but you need much more parts than just the stubby little rubber aerial.
The stubby aerial won't simply screw into the space vacated by the OEM motorised extending antenna.
People who don't know better (and have no experience with it) have tried to sell me the idea, but it doesn't work.
All up, you need: the stubby rubber aerial, the baseplate to screw into, and most expensive of all, you need the signal amplifier module from the S2000, which replaces the antenna motor of the DC2.
Unscrew the OEM DC2 antenna cap from outside, then open up the DC2's rear quarter from inside. unplug the antenna lead, and the power cable for the motor. Then unbolt the whole motor assembly and remove it.
Get the S2000 signal amplifier, put it in place of the DC2 antenna motor, bolt it in, plug in the antenna lead and power cable (it now feeds the signal amplifier instead of the motor), screw on the baseplate to outside of the antenna hole, then screw the stubby aerial on top of that. Done.
The stubby needs the signal amplifier to boost the radio signal up to a healthy, usable level because it's so short. Without it below, the stubby has got nothing to screw into anyway.
A complete S2000 antenna kit (including signal amplifier) from a Honda dealership is going to cost you more than $450. Even at the wreckers, they are extremely rare and when you do find one it'll likely be more than $250.
There used to be some generic stubby aerial kits from USA available on ebay, but they seem to have dried up in recent years.
I've been searching for a reasonably priced stubby aerial kit to replace my DC2 OEM antenna. I've been searching for 12 months. Still no luck.
Don't just get a stubby aerial mast and think, "oh it's a simple thing, just need a few more bits."
The 'few more bits' includes the costly signal amplifier.
i had no idea this was so involved.... i need to reconsider doing this to my dc2r.......
where do we get them from?
I got mine from a trrader on here, but I doubt he now sells them.
maybe search it up on egay?
integra s2k antenna? maybe?
mine is very similar to this one.

I recommend this product, if its anything close to mine.
see that's exactly what I mean, this one won't work.
Neither will this:

Well to be more accurate, it's only one part, but it's missing the base and amplifier.
On the other hand, the one Shark Attack II quoted by Bludger most definitely will, and it's heaps cheaper too! Time to order one. Any idea if any local sellers are offering the Shark Attack antenna? I'd rather buy locally if I can. I don't trust ebay.

Apparently that one has an amplified base so no need to buy any separate/additional parts. Pretty much plug and play. (See installation instructions provided on that ebay page)
As for just buying the OEM S2K aerial than you'd additional parts to get it running.

this one looks like its ok......
i went to their website and there is a complete DIY on the install into a DC2 Integra!!!I think this will definately help a few people out there......

Also see this link for the same antenna but in a DA Integra!

Now that's effing awesome.
It was out of stock on their website for the longest time when I checked a few months ago. Looks like it's back! Check the US based car forums, the shark attack antenna has got generally positive reviews. I want one now.
