I'm thinking of getting a second hand gruppe m intake what would I need to look out for when purchasing a second hand one
Cracks on the CF box - like anything cracks will eventually get bigger when under pressure, induction hose ripping or splitting like any other hose.
People are just going to tell you for the price of the 2nd hand GruppeM you can just get a brand new Injen and save some $, unless your getting it dirt cheap your money is better spent elsewhere!
I had a GruppeM on my EP3 a few years back not worth the money IMO, brought the car with it already so wasn't gonna complain - eventually sold that shit and brought an injen and had an extra $300 in the pocket :)
Wouldn't you rather not risk the chance of hydrolocking
buy a hydroshield for the filter? its not overly complicated.
unless if you take your EP3R into water like a submarine, then just give up lmao.

Well I'm trying to get the best I can for my ep3 so money isn't really the issue but of course if I can save some money on the best it would be nice that's why I was considering getting a 2nd hand one
