I have the red rocker cover for my car...
It's got a lot of grease marks and stuff on it..
I've tested a few things, but the red paint also comes off as well...
Anyone know of any good products that can used to get rid of the grease without stripping away the the red???

how bad is the paint.. cause if it is bad, strip the whole thing off using paint stripper (comes off easy as) and then take it in to get powder coated, here is one that I brought over from nz, stripped using the paint stripper and powdercoated... I chose this red just to be different but you can pretty much have any colour u want, weather just to customize or to keep it oem... cheers spardikis..

use engine degreaser
the best method i've found is hiring one of those steam machines and steaming the shit off
doesnt hurt the paint and it sanitizes :D

By the way I tried engine degreaser, but it seemed to take off the paint as well..
where can u get WD40 from? brand?
