			I have the mud flaps. Got it thrown in with my purchase so I'm not sure how much it costs separately. They look good on dark colours such as blue, black and grey. On white and silver, they stand out.
The only caution I can give you is that the edge of the front mudflaps are a bit sharp and also tend to catch dirt and sand in between the mudflap and the paint. So if you don't wash it regularly, you'll get a line where the paint has worn off. One way to overcome it is to stick clear bra material on the mudflap edge so that it won't cut into the paint.
And yes, it does keep mud and road water off the side of your car.
