Hi all, I am going to inspect a 98+ model ITR engine and gearbox package. So by looking at the engine and the gearbox, how can I verify if the engine is a 98+ model? What are the things that I should be looking at?
Many Thanks.

For gearbox, look for "N3E LSD"Quote:

If you see S4, S40, S80, S80 LSD or V4D then you can forget about it
BEAUTIFUL!!! I love the internet I love the forums, you can get so much useful info..
just a Q while we r here... i heard taht 96 and 97 TIR has no LSD.. is that true?
nope that's not true. All ITR's have LSD.
Are you sure about this? I've never heard of N3E before. I was under the impression that all 96+ Integra's either ran a S80 or Y80 gearbox.Quote:

It's on the front. But no real point, you can't tell from the gearbox code. Best is to make sure the head is a PR3 with the right year and engine code of B18C.
