Does anyone know how much a full respray cost with just normal paint

Whats the price for sand down + spray

Or the price of the spray alone

or would it just be cheaper to go buy some sand paper grind the skin off my hand and get a bucket of paint and brush from bunnings and slap it on my self

When you respray your car a different colour do you have to tell anyone ? like license centre or the cops something like that

I remember resprays advertised in hot/fast fours starting at $800

Prolly doesnt include door jams boots etc and dodgy masking, without damage fixing.

I was gonna DIY and it would have cost like $700 paying a sprayer at mates work $200 cash to do it. All work done ourselves. Rest of the cost was paint and other misc. items.

for a spray job on your car with standard kind of paint meaning not candy apple or whatever and to spray everywere like inside: doors, boot lid and engine bay your looking at bout $4,500 or around that figure

have a go your self and find out why a decent job will cost around
out side only non candy $ 1500 - $3000
in and out requires full strip down
everything out of the car , any where from $ 4500 - $7500
depending on dents type of car

sorry to jack, but how much would it cost to have just the roof sanded and sprayed? reason i ask is because my clear coat has gone really bad on my roof and it needs fixing.
