looking at buying some 17"x8 rims and still deciding on what tyre specs to get,, i want wide as possible. i know 215's will fit with out hitting the guards. has any 1 fitted anything wider, like the 235's?

no scrubbage at all
depends on what offset you are running also man
And how low the car is.

hey nemz. go with the 205's. anymore than that you'll be in trouble with the fellas in blue if you get pulled over...but if you really want wide tyres it's up to you.

I'd go with 205 / 50 / R15
