I got a chip put in my Home DVD player to make it play 'all areas'.It was one of the first ones that came out in the first 9 months so it couldn't play 'all areas'.U might be able to do the same?
dude if it says region free but its locked... contact him and say u want ur money back or something otherwise report him

Theres no lesson to be learnt. I did everything by the book and proper research. I did pay with paypal but i really dont have the time to remove it,go thro the whole process of geting hte money back. I got it for $699 delivered so thats alright i guess.Quote:

pay pal or not.. giving $500+ to someone who can potentially just run off with it or just simply jip you..
i've never trusted ebay.. or things alike. like anything under $200-300 i wouldnt mind as much.. anythign over $500.. id rather be safe and go to a shop
