intake resonator

ive searching around in the formus and some people have mentioned an intake resonator that muffles induction noise. can anybody show me where this is in an ek civic and how to take it out? thanks

should be behind front bumper...on my EG it's a quite big white plastic bottlish thing...should be the same with EKs...

actually i should be thanking you~you just made me realise something and saved me money ~

pulled it out guys. sounds awesome. i cut the pipe and left it bhind the bumper for cold air aswell. it sounds great and i reckon it goes a bit harder aswell

if you can remove the second silencer (plastic bit between the airbox and the intake pipe), that will be even better. usually people replace it with Spoon's kevlar unit.

even better put a copies J's intake lol. way louder

do ITB's whistle ?? never driven a honda on ITB's

they dont whistle

they just make a loud as fuck sucking noise
