Your comments make me more happy now with my buy hahaha :D
It's all about standing your ground... Don't let the dealers tell you what you can get... You tell them what you can get... and if you do a good enough job you'll get it... ;)
But even then i think i won't get a price like that cause the cars have to be shipped from southern states so transport cost has to be somehow how factor into the costQuote:

we got a white VTi-S AUTO (not manual) with floor matts, window tint, and Slimline weathershield for a straight swap of our trade in (which was valued at $25,000)
That price sounds ridiculously high to be honest.Quote:

We didn't even have to haggle for that deal either and that's just from visiting one dealer.

So having only 1 Honda dealer and not being able to go to different Suburbs to other different Honda dealers makes a big difference, they run the show up here.. :D
Don't worry too much about it dude.... As long as you are happy with the car. :)
what kind of tint do they use? last time I ask and they want $6XX for there tint
I was like WTF?! I can get them for under $200 at Tint-a-car
new prices this year, I think u can get the Vti-S manual for $24000 now
need to check it out in the asian papers and nego with them lol :D
Actually, u guys got a very good price. When i bought my "GLi" Auto (March 2004). I paid $22k driveaway with tinted window, rear spoiler and metallic black!:(
Now, i think u can get a VTI-S Auto for $24K only with tinted window and metallic colour!
Okay... This is what I've got before the price drop... bummer... :o
Don't ask me how much each of the thing cost...

one questions, can I use WD40 as lubricant? or its just for loosening rusty parts?
I am pretty sure you can use WD40 for the lubricant... The problem is that if you don't bring it back to them for service, is it going to void the warranty???
warranty? paying 80 bucks per a year just for warranty...... I will find out the terms and conditions for the sunroof warranty.
I think the same kind of rule applied to your car warranty too as you're supposed to get your car serviced regularly/according to the recommended schedule or having the warranty voided.

Not too bad...
It's manual.Quote:

If i bought the CVT, it would be too cheap according to dealers.
Which dealership did u get your Jazz from? I got mine from Collins Rockale
Mine is in Melbourne... Travis Honda. Did you get Free Rego and stuff?Quote:

Hehe, well, i haven't been monitoring prices of hondas but would my price be average or rip off?
Well, it's $22500 driveaway. So i'll assume rego and stuff comes within that price.Quote:

Hmm, is it possible for sneaky dealers to give you 1yr of warranty instead of 3yrs warranty?
I looked at my contract again and there's no indication of the years of warranty i get.
Warranty is from Honda, not from the dealers ...Quote:

payed $23,500 for my GF 05 model!
drive away with air con
no optional extra as factory are expensive!
most people pay off there car in 3 years anyway, your right getting 3 years instead of 5 years does bring the price down. but after 3 years you'll be taking your car to a cheaper mechanic compared to honda true or not ?Quote:

Join the owners club in www.honda.com.au and I think in one of the section, it covers the warranty sections...
yeah... CVT or Manual ?Quote:
