The S2000 doesn't have an infinitely variable intake cam which is basically what VVTi is. VVTi and VTEC are two totally different systems. The seller obviously has no idea that hondas variable valve timing is called vtec so he just called it some vvt power accel bullshit.
vvt isn't only done by toyota. Many other car companies use a form of vvt as it saves on fuel and they name it different things.
Although all your answers are correct. I don't think its necessary to get technical :P
But yea lets not let this thread become Toyotas VVTL-i vs honda iVtec. I've seen enough of these things

Perhaps the owner put vvt power accel whatever to make it sound cooler. i know when people advertise new cars they always stress "vvt" etc, this may just be his way of explaining the cars motor to other less technically minded people.
his technique works as we all know what he meant behind the vvt (except OP lol :P)
