I beleive only from 2002 onwards has the inbuilt clock display.
i got a 2000 model with original head unit and sadly it doesnt have a clock on it =[
thanks so much for the reply ^^...and i hav one more Q, is there any of you changed the headunit and still able to use the audio control panel on ur RHS? if possible, how much will be cost around??
i got qouted 150 dollars for the converter needed so i can use the side controls when i change my head unit. i havent bothered 2 chnage mine yet but will soon in time.
give JB hi-fi a shot. they are a lot of help with s2000s and wat head units can fit in it and still give u the ability to close ur radio door
www.modifry.com sells the harness / IR adaptors so you cn still utilise your dash controls and operate the cd player.
no clock in mine 00 model. ive got the modify unit and a pioneer head unit. works a treat!
thanks all the help guys....i think the only way to fix this is either change the head or look at my mobile ....=(
watches can also tell time I hear?
I have a pioneer head unit with the Modifry unit. Easy installation, works great.
i have a 00 and i have a clock in mine :s
72k RRP with no Clock back in the early models would of definitely had some owners panties in a twist.
I had the same prob I didnt have the time in the car, you feel naked, so I got this the Alpine IDA-X001. Solved many of my prob's, great little stereo, it connects to your ipod so no silly cd's in the car, it has a large time display & the blue dials change to red so they match the S2000's orange dials. Also works with dash controls with the modifry connector :D

wow...looks awesome.....by the eay, how much it cost you to set up all ? like whole things lol
damn thats a old pic :P
Ive had mine for about 2years I got it when they first came out, these are good if you dont want to keep cd's in the car & you want to use your ipod, best to put songs that have been ripped @ 320kbps, I think these are about 600-700rrp sometimes you can get a ipod thrown in for free depends who your dealing with..
here is the new one, still has the big clock display also these show album covers and song titles clearly displayed in its mini lcd screen also it has blue-tooth but you need to get a separate adapter for it.
