hey try looking up the brakes in the bendix catalogue here to see which cars brakes have identical product numbers
http://www.bendix.com.au/ProductCatalogue.aspx
eg5 and eg6 got the same rear brake pad, but not too sure about the F brake pad is the same or not
thanks for info:)
i did some research on the net some website say that EK4 = EG6 both F and R are the same, some say that F and R are diff
can someone confirm that
my rear pads are gone only 1mm left
pls help me out
my car has eg6 rear brakes, i just went to autobarn and got replacement ones for eg6 as they do have it in their model listing
bendix check my other post
EK4 and EG6 front and rear pads/caliper / disc size are all the same
EG5 runs different front caliper / pads / disc size compared to EK4/EG6 , EG5 rear caliper / disc / pads is the same with EK4/EG6
off topic slighty, whats for a EJ8? theres no listing for them :S
Also no listing for EM1 on bendix site.
this is what happens when u buy a car made in the USA lol
I even went to autobarn, they even said theres no listing for such model... argh!!!!! only ek1 an ek4
EM1 is same as EK4.. as to EJ8.. I am not sure..
one way i was told was to take out the pad, an draw the outline an they can match it, but id rather just go by part number an get %100 fitment
hi mate, thats a million dollar question, as in aus they came out with both, i had the same problem, best way to do it is take the pad out and check it against both DB1286 and DB1262. i ended up having the DB1286. Otherwise if you really dont want to take it out, if you have a small ruler you can meaurse up certain aspects of the pad while its still in and compare it with the print out.
yeah, if you cant see a brand on the caliper itself, youre best off matching it up with the picture.
