heres an old piccy of my old car...for reference - the distance of the lowest point to the ground , was about 5cm. But gosh was it sexy :)

it looks like mine, just a little more lower. but i change mine bak to standard alrdy, i was told by da muffler guy its too close to da fuel tank, da pipe can heat up to burn through da tank! very dangerous! so.. no sttaight piping for civic? doh :(

ohh that pink EG6 is one of my favourites on the net !!

Mine is 2.5" piping - follows stock path but then when it is to go over the axle, instead it ducks under the axle (near where your stabilizer bar mounts) then back over to the 'hole' in the bumper... is different to those pictured on here, am looking for one of my photos now..

as for scrapage.. well my car being like 2-3" off the ground anyway doesnt help, but if u follow the original exhaust path and then just duck under the axle at the end you should be fine.

The photo below doesnt really show it, i have the under-car shot at home PM me and i'll email it to you.

As you can see, where the piping ducks under the axle - it's no lower than any other parts of the under-body :)

bah! now way :rolleyes: is that a stock eg5 hatch wing u have colour coded? its not eg6 one is it, coz theres not LEDs...

ohh man I love that muffler - HKS makes one similar as wel las 5Zigen.. would be fkn loud tho I imagine ?

I saw a complete EG HKS cat-back for $350 with that muffler 6 months before I bought my EG :(

am just sorting out hosting for my image - will be up soon...

hullo :)

my underaxle - scrapped on EVERYTHING that WASNT flat horizontal road :)
at its lowest point , it was about 5cm directly at the axle line so was OK for normal driving.

JUST with an underaxle - due to the lack of backpressure be sure to get at most 2 inch piping fro the cat back :)

2.5 pipping
never scrapped, gone over speed humps with ease
only scrapped my muffler at my house stupid dip!!!!! lol
