yeah, when the flux capacitor goes its all over....
yes, it would wear out, if you never ever changed the oil...
anything else i should know about vtec? that i should do b4 it wears out?
just change the oil and filter every 5000km...
oh alright fanks.. btw whats a flux capacitor?
do a google.com search on "flux capacitor" and "Back to the Future" ;)

"IF" servicing was followed and you did not treat the car like an animal.
If you are a tight ass and don't want to be prepared to spend money on maintanence, don't bother with a honda.
ROFL...omg...... u guys are so slack.
Bigjos, if you stand on your toliet lid on a rainy night and accidently slip, you might be able to design your own, thus making your V-TECK go faster. :)

OH lol.. okay then haha
BTW... what specifically did your "friend" say wears out in VTEC engines?
I take it he was refering to something in the head and valvetrain given there really is nothing much different in the bottom end compared to other piston engines.
oh he just told me that its able to wear out. so i was just wondering so i posted it up to get some answers.
