Hi,
I'm from melbourne, and Own a Civic, can you all please help me out?
I need to find a really really Good Tuners, do you all have any idea there to find that?...i've been to this DOGGY as they called themselves as a GOOD TUNERS, Screw up big time with my car, and i need to find someone else to do my car...can please give me some advice on that?

HAHAHa...you must be kidding...they are the one who **** up my car...
and guess what...i've pay hell lot there...and if people...you want to get your troat cut and have your head hanging there without stitching it back, then go there...if you know what i mean...they are the WORST ever and only know how to be arrogant...and they think they are good...
they Charge an ITR conversion to 2 lit for like...30k AUD??....are they crazy?...they love to bullshit and get their customers think they are damn good in tuning, but i can tell you, after this matter, i think they are really SHIT...ask more people to read this post...i want to get the whole world to know that they are so irresponsible and not willing to do what the customers like and they always do it in their way, and if shits happens, they won't even want to care and keep on denying its not their fault, and they spend hell lots of time on your car...
YEs...from this msg you all can know that i'm very frustrated...try throwing soo much money into your car and you only get a peanut back...see how you all feel bout that...

Why dont you talk to James (blkcrx) he especialises in tuning hondas and his service is friendly and very customer friendly.
pgclee - if you are unhappy with the work go back to workshop X and speak to the owner. You don't achieve anything posting personal attacks on our forum.
I don't mind you guys discussing workshops but lets keep personal attacks out of this.

I wouldn't recommend u to go Wynode edit: Some tuner as well. I had my exhaust done there before. They will promise u something so that u will give them the cash first. And when I collect my car, things were not done to what they promise me before. :evil: Very dodgy people :evil:
but why leave it at that, if you pay for something and dont get it, be assertive and make them do it.
it seems the best place to go then is razztech, thats where blkcrx was done im pretty sure. memory from autosalon it had razztech stcikers and business cards given out.

camon man...how much you've paid them to do it?..and do you know what they said to me?....they are not my tuners anymore...i don't give a FXcuk about your car anymore...you pay so much..so what...i got even better customers who pay hell lot more than you...that is such a nice things to tell their customers....

before paying them...they will promise everything you've said...but after paying...i don't think there is anything related to what they've promised..very doggy...they don't even fit my ECU wiring properly...and the Air flow sensor...and alot more...the tuning as they said was perfect...up theirs man...
after i've done a better tuning in sydney, i need to see what they gonna say...
it doesn't make me angry for what i've paid...but it makes me damn frustrated when they say such a irresponsible words to me..and they think they are the best of the best...this really pissed me off...

workshop X have always done me right. They do good work from what ive seen and experienced man. But Pglee, I also run Autronic, if ur really haveing a problem with autronic/tuner, pm me and i can help.
I dont usually promise much, but i know that abc always takes care of customers man, i dont know what happened between u, but maybe misccomunication? no matter in any event, if u need a hand buddy, im here to help.

pgclee - what you have posted here is not right.
Please post an objective account of your experiences at workshop X, so that we are able to make up our own minds. Take your time, write it as clear and concise as possible.
It is unfair to workshop X to post as you have above. The mods should delete your posts.
PS- iv never had my car tuned at workshop X or anywhere else (nor have i known someone to get their car tuned there).

pgclee, i have removed the name of the tuner you have winged about. if you are here only to make defamatory comments like that this thread will seize to exist.
Feel free to post your experiences but DO NOT make defamatory comments. I reffer you to the terms and conditions because our stance on this is strong.

pgclee - your comments can be taken with a grain of salt. It sounds to me like your story is fabricated. Either way, even if it isn't fabricated, i just want to say that you should keep defamatory comments off the forum as they are not tolerated.
I'd like to just add this:
Pgclee did pm me about using a better tuner. but he has not replied and has ceased to reply when i asked him about his actual setup and the problem that the so called workshop did to his car (in order to rectify the problem)
his lack of response and reluctance to reply about his setup and the "wrong" done to him and his story support vics inclination that pgclee's story is just fabricated.
SHORT VERSION: this guy is full of sh1t.
lol i agree there...this thread is so unfair for technik tunning, we only listen from 1 side...no body noes wad happen, theres no way workshop X said those nasty things...there was a reason behind it....all the guys who works there r my fren n they r bunch of nice ppl...so far so good wif them :)

Thanks for that guys. Bottom line is, if you are not happy with the work, go back and speak to the owner. If he treats you like shit, then take further legal action.

Like i said i gotta good friend with eg-sir and his car is the bomb for something with so much work and still NA, theyve tuned it and he is over the moon, im thinking its about the customers attitude towards them, who really can be fagged if a customer is total D#$K and is really rude, thats what i think it has come too. i dont know the guys at workshop X but ive seen cars that theyve done, and one of the guys that work there at phillip island track day last time i went, absolutely brilliant for the work that had been done to the car.

i can vouch for workshop X and person abc. My frens and i take our hondas out to track and the cars perform extremely well, and the cars are tuned by person abc.
Thats the biggest test there is, being vouched for by customers themselves and not some workshops that obviously plant some people in forums.
I have a feeling that sometimes we have to look at ourselves when we have unhappy experiences with workshops. Personally, for myself and other frens, going to workshop X means we can be sure that even if we are not happy person abc will help us out somehow.

No one's perfect.. Even the best workshops and tuners makes mistakes.. I guess it's all up to just that tiny little fraction of unlucky customers that's all..
Mistakes is the mother of success.. even though sometimes, one may make the same mistake again, but again, it's unavoidable... We are all here to play with our cars and we must all be prepared to take any risks and setbacks...

The honourable thing for the workshop to do in that situation is to take responsibility and to fix the problem with minimum fuss. But of course this doesn't happen because it takes time to fix problems and time = money.Quote:

Hmm.. very interesting thread. I would just like state my point of view on these comments..
I personally believe that if someone is asking about recommendations on a workshop, then both sides of the story has to be poured out. This gives the person a better view of whats happening. Lets say everyone just says good things about workshop ABC but leave out all the bad points to it. Some poor guy will just end up going there, pay good money and in the end receive some dodgy job. I have read the terms and conditions and in no way against it but I do believe that everyone needs to look at things from all perspective. :)
i wonder how much money you all are willing to spend on your car....and if you really spend that much and you still do a 14.3sec on quarter mile, and being trashed by a std ITR, i don't think you'll even laugh or smile to anybody....if you all don't know anything about the stories, why don't we all come out and meet up, and lets see how my car perform and do you all want me to show you the freaking reciept about how much i spent and make you all believe?..
i think w_civic is just some bias person..you don't even go there and you can judge that they are soo good...for example...if you spent 20k in that shop and you get shit result...how would you feel?...answer me...
and for others, if you think that your judgement is soo rite bout me that i'm full of shit...be so..i don't care...i'm sending my car to sydney anyway...and i will personally post how much diff the power output and time diff in quarter mile...

Dude doesnt matter if you have a 10 second car, or a 15 second car. If you cant drive, you cant drive. Dont blame your inability to launch/change gears on your tune. Joneblaze has a GSI Integra and has lined up against a few "quicker" cars (on paper) and has beaten them. Lucky? Maybe.. Or maybe he knew how to drive.. :roll:

after reading this much...and to clarify it a little bit better, why, pgclee, did you decide to send your car in to workshop X (sp!?!) in the first place?? Were they recommended to you by someone else?? Value for money??
As for the topic...wouldnt know much but have heard good things about Razztech.

dont be afraid to try rotor orientated places either..
dont know about in VIC...but i live in brisbane and took my DC2 to MazFix. They ended up being the best place to go to and were great bunch of blokes!!! A++++ would recommended to ANYONE!!! They deal with all sorts of cars from rotors to pistons...
Dont be hestitant because they are a rotor workshop...
word of advice..
todaek9 and pgclee - there is no question that your comments are defamatory. Further to that, you have provided us with no solid evidence that you actually did have work performed at workshop X. All you have both done is made negative comments about a workshop anonymously and made personal attacks against the owner. We don't even know your names, or anything about your cars. It now appears you are both the same person, who is here to give a certain workshop a bad name. Are you aware that there may be legal implications against you for making such comments?
Providing you actually did have work done at the mentioned workshop, if you have an issue with how you were dealt and with the work that was performed you need to go back to the workshop and discuss it with them. There is no point in posting these sort of comments in our forum. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your discussion with the workshop and you still feel that you were hard done by, there are legal actions you can take.
