Hello all
Just wanted to know what brand and model of rims people have put on their
s2k? Also if you aftermarket rims could you show some pics as i am not sure at the moment what aftermarket rims would look nice on a s2000?
I was thinking of the RacingHart C4R initially but apparently they are not produced anymore so i was thinking of the RAcingHart RS451's. I want something which is black as i have a silver car and i think a black rim would probably look good on it.

i would hate to think that any s2000 is running same widths all round. its staggered, im running 255r, and 225f

im pretty sure it'll be staggered
don't think 225s and 255s will fit on the same width wheel
saw few s2ks with 17X7.5 all around with staggered tire size. thats why im asking.
im thinking to run 17x7.5 all around as well.
Has anyone seen an s2k with buddy club P1 plus 2 rims or whatever u call it?? wondering how that look on an s2k.

if you want cheapish i put on koya 18x 8 .i found it hard to get wheels with 55 of set so i went 45 this brings the rim to the guard line .the money you save on rims then spend on tyres. i put on toyo proxes t1r.got 255 rear and 225 front.the package cost 3.5k

yer but then i would have to compromise on tyres. tyres were 450 each.to be honest i think they are average for the cost.mugen rims would of cost me 3k for wheels plus then over 1600 for tyres.got a bit much.
I got my stock rims painted in black, I think it looks ok and is very cheap, now when time comes I can go for good tyres and in near future I can get coilovers so yeah

What I would like to see is some S2000 with some nice dish!
Is it not possible to have a good size dish on an S2000 because of the off set?
I noticed there were few here but not many and not many with good styles.... with dish that is.....
If any one know of any good ones can you let me know please? Some pics would be very nice. :)

ps. Guys think twice before you put big wheels on... anything 18" or above over time the car gets all squeeky and driving becomes less of a pleasure (which is what I found with my old CRX)
crx one agreed!!!! stick to 18s and spend money on the best tyre you can afford then trust me youl have fun cause they do handle

YEah, I expect an 18x10 with 40 offset would rub like crazy.
Just for comparison my rears are 18x9 with a 60mm offset.

I had the rears lipped and they still wouldn't sit flush.
Also dialled in like 2 or 2.5 degrees of camber as well !
I reckon if I had dumped it abit more it may have looked okay.
So in the end decided to get rid of them.
Waiting for my new set to arrive anytime now.

bad pic but heres mine tyres are toyo ra1 didnt go 18s due to no ra1 in larger size and trust me these tyres are worth evry cent of there 600 each
600 bucks each? I don't knwo where you shop but the bridgestone re55s don't cost anywhere near that and they are arguable THE best semi. the r888's in the toyo range are proven to be better/newer than ra1's for track and again, dont' cost near that. I picked up a brand new set fitted for 1200.
2400 for ra1's is a robbery.

Got another set of standard '01 rims and got a panel beater to paint them black..gives the S2K a totally differnet look..!!

I guess you went with the apex blue eh alvin, looks good. You need your rims to be alot fatter for them spoon guards but :P

Im personally not a big fan of flames on jap cars or even chrome wheels, but I actually dont mind that car. The LCD screens absalutely ruin it though
