That should fit your car. IS Motorracing in Rockdale is a good place to install it.
Do you know roughly how much they would charge?
Why would you need someone to install it for you? It's very simple to put on.
Are there more than one of these replica grills on ebay? If yes try and get the one for the Euro rather than the TSX. I know that when fitting the Euro R grill to the TSX there is a slight gap where the grill meets the bumper in the centre.
This suggests the TSX and Euro bumper are slightly different around the lower part of the grill. So shop around if you want perfect fitment and try to get one for the JDM Euro.
See how it doesn't line up in the bottom centre part of the grill (TSX below with Euro R grill)?

Yes, it will fit, as your's is 2003 euro. It is quite easy to install it yourself, I did mine myself. Although, you might have to get it painted though, and if it doesn't cost that much different painted & fitted (compared to just painted), then no worries, otherwise you could save some bucks there :)
hmm but i was searching around i heard theres some radiator cap or something that needs to be removed? seems to complex for me but i'll give it a go when i do order it..
yfin - There aren't any on ebay for euro's there all for tsx cause its american ebay and the aussie ebay doesn't have shit for euro's either :( and it's a good price too i can just buy the mugen badge and stick it on the front of the grille and it'll look like the real thing :P (kind of)
I've got an 06 and i've fitted the JDM sports/euro R grille and it's colour matched and a perfect fit.IMO dont mess around with that grille on ebay .As yfin said it's not an exact fit.
That's similar to the one I bought from the US. I got it painted at a spray painter in Yennora (who did a great job) and installed it myself. It's pretty straight forward, and yes you do need to remove the top radiator stay, but thats but an aesthetics issue for the engine bay.
Yes, you have to take off the black plastic panel on top of the radiator to fit this, but some people can fit it back in by grinding off the edges. Seriously, it's very easy to install. I think I've seen the instructions somewhere in this forum, about removing the bumpers. the instructions has all the clips location.
Edit: found it here
alright thanks man well i'll see when i get it and etc and yeah i should have a drill handy haha
Hmm would also like the type r grill. Not sure where to source one in the ACT ?
Is there any for 06-07 model then? in Melb btw...
just got my replica mugen grille today (ordered it a couple weeks ago not when i made this thread lol) and yeah its primed and stuff doesn't have any screws with it anyone know anywhere cheap/good to get it sprayed black? and would my honda dealership install it for me at my next service if i asked them?
The place that u get the grill painted should be able to install it for u as well. I got my euro-r grille and had it was painted and installed at the same place.
Not too sure whether Honda dealerships may be willing to install it for u...really depends on the people there.
any paint workshop can spray it for u.. jst make sure if u want it to exactly match the bodycolour of ur car... get the colour serial number...
that way the spraypainters will know exactly wat colour it is...
link : http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47696
screws etc etc...jst get from ur local hardware store...
ok thanks lol and this might sound like a stupid question but how do i know which screws to get? it didnt come with any at all !
Just finished fitting my Mugen replica grille from ebay US.
All up with paint $175.
Had to get a can of paint mixed, and sprayed it myself, with a lot of patience.
I had to trim it a bit to fit properly, but with a diamond blade in my angle grinder, no problem. Meshed the lower intake and side louvre vents while I was at it.
Worst part was cutting out the louvres for the side vents. I wanted to do the side vents for a better airflow for the CAI.
The grille is badgeless atm but I will put a EuroR badge on after the Jtune extreme gets installed tomorrow.........

looks good
I bought my grill primed and bare, and got it painted at a body shop in Yennora... I cant remember the name, but basically just brought the grill along with me and went to a number of body shops (there are heaps there), showed them the grill and asked them how much it'll be to paint it. That way they can directly assess the priming and how much work is needed, and give you an accurate quote. And in the end just picked one that offered a good price and looked decent. It cost me $80 to get the grill prepped and bake-painted (this is preferable to spray on paint as it is more heat durable)
In terms of installation, it was a simple matter of removing the old grill by removing the clips, drilling holes in the new grill in appropriate places for the clips, and installing it
Here's a diagram that shows the location of clips to remove that i've uploaded:

also you need to remove the radiator-stay that sits on top... this doesnt fit with the mugen grill
its purely cosmetic anyway and u can just set it aside
(I originally sent this to another member but thought i'd post it here for anyone else's interest)

............
The radiator cover that clips on top is OK to use on 06 model, only 03-05 that it can't be used.
would you say this is the 06+ mugen replica grille?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ACURA...spagenameZWDVW
also anyone know the price for a genuine one?
well that picture is of a 06+ euro, cause you can tell by the front of it. but yeah i dunno if it looks the same as the genuine mugen one
anyone else?? i'm planning to order it now.
mugen - 03-05 (rounder) mugen - 06-on (blockier)
sorry my bad, the replica one he installed is the design for 06 models.
rounded grills were designed for earlier models 03-05 as the shape didnt change yet.
cost would be about $400+ including paint, shipping. Can't be exact but heres a link for you otherwise search on google and find the cheapest or either go replica but might need some work.

Hope this helps.
anyone know the price for a genuine one? and actually have one for comparison?
IMO i say go genuine all the way. with everything. i got myself a replica one. the mould doesnt fit properly so theres a slight gap on the left bottom edge. i had to drill my own holes as well. regret not going genuine. but mine is CF [as what it was advertised as] so im not that hassled. and cant really see the gap cause its black on black.
hi guys what do you think about this grille?? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-A...spagenameZWDVW
is there anyone here who can help with the installation?? (SYD)
