what is your RPM when engine idle? my one sometime below 600rpm specialy when a/c on the engine shake more. anyone had these problem?
from my apex'i neo, what i seen the lowest is 650rpm i think, not 100% sure because i drive off after it reaches below 1000rpm.
shake more?
650rpm or thereabout. It drops slightly when you turn on the A/C. Are you using any engine torque damper in your car?
i used to have engine damper on the car before, it makes the engine shake more on my car. from reading on my vafc2 sometimes wait on the traffic light the rpm sometime drop below the 600 rpm looks likly engine stall. are we able to change the engine idle high a bit from the vafc2
About 650rpm when the engine is idle.
Have you cleaned your filter?
not yet, but soon i am going to clean, is this could be the problem?
yes it was happen when i put in D. if is the auto trans fluid i might change it when i service my car.
thank you aron
ok not a problem
just post update to let everyone engine idle has been improve after change the transmission fluid and flash, also the engine oil changed.
Nice. Good that your problem is fixed.
My idle sometimes sits at around 1100rpm after releasing teh clutch for no apparent reason, its not the fuel burn-off thing because it can sit there for like 10 seconds (fuel burn takes 1 second). I noticed that if you hold the steering wheel to one side while idling, the revs will go up a bit, but thats not it either as it happens when the steering wheel is not being held. It will finally drop down to 700RPM after a while. Im guessing its the ECU doing something
But anyways most of the time its about 700RPM so its all good
^ You're probably right, I guess the engine needs to keep the revs up for longer since the revs are so low near idle speed.
