My EP3 dyno with intake and extractors.

Got my car dyno today at toda racing and i got 135.8kw this is with a gruppe m intake and buddyclub extractors
im very happy with the result i will be getting the kpro next week hopefully get some where close to 150

stock exhaust but no cat cause the buddyclub extractors don;t have cat
but i will put a hi flow one soon

Agreed, it's the best output from a std ECU EP3 we've seen to date.
I don't expect it's going to too easy to make loads more, but there is room for improvement.

does that mean the ecu won't make much of a difference?
i hope i get a bit more out of the car considering the ecu is costing me a bit

I was refering more to peak power gains & that it's going to be a bit of a challenge.
That is, for me your car has set a high bench mark to beat, that's all.
But I didn't say it wouldn't do much.
From a drivers perspective, the car will be quicker & feel noticably punchier.
Most notable will be the increase in torque & response.

I think you better change the exhaust before tuning to make the most of the tune, should be able to get 150kw :D

I don't want the car to be loud but i spoke to some people and they say the mugen exhaust is not loud
so i might look into them in the future

VTEC growl sounds better than loud exhaust.

Only WRX has the best exhaust sound.

match with thier catback...

can u tell me where u bough your intake? and how much you paid for it?

i got it for 1000 and i got it directly from japan
i know superseteve got it for a bit cheaper
maybe pm him and see if he can let you know where he got it from

so happy with the results
