right on.
it looks pretty good.
-
um...where have you guys been?? and you call yourself Honda fans?!?
this is OLD NEWS! Like 3 years ago!
-
Welcome to 3-4 yrs ago yes LOL
The type s IS our facelift DC5.. and aesthetically the same as the facelifted DC5R in japan - jst minus the wing!
-
Honda Australia decided to kill the DC5R at the end of the pre-facelift. Instead, they decided to start bringing in the Type S during the post-facelift era.
-
Face lift is way hotter then the preface lift !!! looks more modern and sleek. (bias opinion from a type S owner)

You will not see a facelifted Type R here in Australia unless it is a private import or a pre-facelift converted to post-facelift, or a Type S with a Type R bodykit. Same case as the EK9.
-
I have seen one in person, but overseas, and being a TypeS owner, I have to say the pre-facelift TypeR looks better
-
There is 2 face lifted DC5Rs in Sydney.
And possibly a 3rd one depending on if they keep their car or not.
-
facelift with mugen kit looks nice
-
Face lift DC5R come with brembo , Recaro and LSD as well...Type S dun have them....Also output on facelift stays the same....
-
-
i actually dont mind the facelift.. looks pretty sleek. havent seen one on Sydney roads though.
-
you will see a fair few DC5 luxury and DC5S on the roads.
JDM on the other hand i have never seen. Didnt think it was allowed to be brought into AU.
unless it comes in parts and rebuilt here?

nah I love the face lift (Type S) version of the DC5. The old one looks weird and ugly.

I reakon Honda will definately make a new Type R Integra, somewhere in the near future.
An S2000 Type R would be nice! :D
-
Its not called a Type S version
ITs "face lift". ( 05'-06' )
We only got the face lift in the Type S & Luxury models in Australia.
In Japan the Type S and Type R came in pre face lift and Face lift versions.

-
i have seen one,, i think its wannabe
