sticking the FD2R wing onto it was the worst thing they could do

HOLLY CRAP! you're right!!! its not FN2R!!! it just EUDM Hatch model!!!

-

Yea... its not the typeR, its the EUDM Hatch.

Link only refers it to Honda Civic 5dr, not Honda Civic type R

Same parts as the FN2R though.. at least there'll be mugen parts out soon for the FN2. I can't see any reason why you can't use any mugen parts designed on the 5D version for the 3D FN2R? :D

the body is longer in 5D? I think...

-

Same body and length, just an additional B pillar and rear door frame. If you look closely, there have been no mugen parts/additions to the side panels. The side skirts are just the OEM typeR side skirts. The entire kit including the front wheel flare guard will be able to be used in the 3D FN2R.

get rid of that spoilerr!! nice tips tho

There's 2 different types of standing out:

 1. pleasant and appealing
 2. butt ugly (think of it like a nose job gone wrong)

did they change the position of the fogs or is it just me???

can they even see the back with that wing on the car?

-

lol, you can't see out the back with the stock spoiler as it is so an extra wing won't do much harm :D yeah it does make it look more aggressive.. reminds me of the STi/rally wrx kit actually :P

Mugen can take that half arsed FD2 grafting job and shove it up their ****

JAS motorsport Circuit FN2 is where its at, would love to see this thing againts the RR

 JAS Civic Type-R "Circuit"

JAS Motorsport is official Honda partner in Touring Car Racing. Milano based company made some great racing results. They have 23 wins and 19 pole positions in Super Touring with their 283hp Honda Accord Euro R. They also won six times in WTCC Indipendent Trophy, they have 5 class wins in IRC and 2 class wins in WRC.

Civic Type-R "Circuit" with parts developed under FIA Gr.R specifications is their latest car. It's powered by K20Z4 engine with over 265hp where revving ends at 8300rpm. Transmission is sequential 6-speed with cerametallic twin-disc clutch and limited slip differential. For brakes they used Brembo calipers combined with 328(278)mm discs. And what setup is for suspension? Front suspension is Mc Pherson with adjustable anti roll bar and rear is upgraded Twist Beam suspension. 3-way shock absorbers are also installed. For safety reasons and also to stiffen the chassis they built in JAS design roll cage. With only 1000kilos this Honda Civic Type R "Circuit" should be fast on track.

i like the rear end but i would love it if they keep the triangular exhaust though, its what makes the car unique. Still, i want to get the front bumper for the brake duct and the side panel hehe

i thought only the Type R released in 2007, normal Civic hatch already release in 2006...

i think the front half of the car looks good with the vented bonnet, bumper, grill garnish, triangular intakes and carbon lip... all good things!!...

with the spoiler, i think a simple extension and wider version of the standard spoiler would look nice with a nice carbon blade

-

very nice.any performance parts available from Japan?

-

dont mind it that much, but that rear spoiler is an epic fail!

i dont normally like the big ass spoilers, but for soem reason i like this one....i'd put it on my R

-

		H..O...T...

Luv the look of the bonnet and rear kit. Not so sure bout that wing tho....mass wing

is that an FD grill 2?

-

hideous.. front bar with the carbon lip is the only thing that looks decent if you deleted the triangle air intake ducts - overboard with the triangles! Rear skirt sticks out too far and don't get me started on the rear wing haha. The vented fender ruins the sleek lines of the car. If they wanted to mod something.. I say change the shape of the side mirrors as they're too rounded compared to the jagged lines of the car.

On a good note.. its great to see Mugen has shown the Euro Civic some love. Hopefully a sign of more mods for the FN2.
