get both!!!!!!!
Get some badass high fork chopper thing.
OR a goldwing.
:)
If/When i get my Full Bike license i wana get a Harley
NFI which but i want one
Go for a 883 sportster Shogun!
10k brand new
The harley with panties lol
LOL
I do like Harley's (not just for the "Hey look i have a Mo and am a bad ass mother ****er" appeal)
Just love the sound
Bahahahahaha that reminded me of the line from Get Rich or Die Trying...
man that goldwings as big as my mates charade! 1300cc!
supersport all the way!!!
My mate has set up to import Honda Rune's in from the states.
Honda Aust brought in about 5, I think a few years ago, and sold them for shit loads.
They cost about $26k new in the states.
http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...onda_Rune3.jpg
would probably be the ducati 1098s
http://www.motoplus.be/download/duca...r_rouge(2).jpg
...want-ducati-nao!
Ducati..... Bloody nice, but bloody expensive.
I'd get one and stick it on my wall. After all, it is a work of art!
i love those runes, if i had a spare 26k lying around ide get one fo sho! my car got defected today (shitbox mazda 86) so that will push me ahead to get my liscense organized.
thinkin of leaning a bit more towards a sport, but after my l's are up might upgrade to a hog
http://www.menstech.com/UserFiles/Im...hyanide(1).jpg
anyone seen this beast? more useful in canada, but still awesome
na not cg, its called a hyanide, its a cross between a snomobile and a dirtbike, supposed to be mad maneuverable and can go more places then an atv, they are bringing them into production this year apparently. was a prototype at an amatuer transport competition and now its going mainstream, looks so awsome.
google hyanide theres a coupel articles about it and its counterpart the ba'al
i have a motorcross bike and a sports bike , two completly different worlds of bikes . awesome.
Id dearly love to have 2 bikes, a cruiser and a super sports. a cruiser on a daily basis and super sports on weekend or daily when i feel like it.
One day id like to tour europe on a bike :D thats one of my dreams :P
personally id love to have a vmax ahahha and ummm gsxr750/daytona 675. I absolutely hate hayabusas lol, its like saying a midget asian with a 20 inch horse ****.
ducatis cost too much ... and i was reading in the mags and they were saying how difficult it is to ride and make the best of in comparison to other super sports
vtwin ftw ..... the sound @ the lights is in comparison to a massive 6litre v8 @ the lights if not better. ive had a 1098s pull beside my 250 and then from 100 he went to 140+ in a twist of a wrist and the sound was mindblowing
I dunno why but I have soft spot for classic naked bikes. Plus I like to go cruising, chilling.
So Ill choose
SR400/500
Cafe
http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/1...opindexbj7.jpg
Motard
http://img229.imageshack.us/img229/3205/sr4001br4.jpg
CB750 (Claimed to be the first one with inline4 engine in the world)
http://www.caferacermotorcycle.com/u.../523351820.jpg
Triumph bobber custom
http://www.jockeyjournal.com/wp-cont...6/11/trump.jpg
like the last one, needs a bit more of a tail fender imo, i always wanted to customize bikes, but i dont know anything about mechanics, im just an artistic eye
wooo DEUS Grievous Angel FTW
http://thekneeslider.com/images/deus.jpg
If you like those bikes, check out Jesse Rooke's custom KTM "Darla".
It was built for Discovery Channel's Biker Build Off.
http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...50/darla_1.jpg
OMG! i was watching that episode! he did an awesome job, took it down the 1/4 mile and everything, dont remember the times slips tho
i dont like seeing that much air when i look across a bike, i like the more solid style cruisers
I on the other hand think minimalism is mean assss.
i like minimalism, just not having it all spread out like that, id much rather see that exact bike but with the frame hugging the engine a bit more, and i think the forks on the front look fugly too, but its just an oppinion. thats wat makes bikes so great, theres something for everyone!
yeh everyones got their own opinion, but personally i recon it looks awesome, i love custom things, its to be different and not have another person go and say that they know another 5 people with that bike. Think of it as the bike equivalent of a hotrod
ya fair call, but u pay for the uniqueness thats for sure. thats why its so much better to diy. always wanted to get into customizing bikes and cars. would be the best job ever i wreckon. get paid to be artistic and make things everyone will pay shitloads for
hey guys, after years with my cbr250rr, ive finally let it go. with the persuasion of about 10 friends.
any recommendations? about 10K to throw around with. Dont want to get a brand new/newish bike as ill be stunting on it
Get a rat bike for your icy hot stuntz and use the leftover money for a roadie.
Or you should do what my bro's friend's cuz's sister's step-dad's sponsor kid did and get an 07 R1. They should be in your price range and pull mad wheeliez y0.
LOL LOL .... not gona go on the litres. just a 600 will do :P man my heart is feeling so heavy, 4 years of the 250 and im missing it good
nvmee, get a motard
a 2 stroke motard! 600cc of 2 stroke madness
http://www.motorbikes.be/en/Maico_68...tion_2003.aspx
dont know where you can find these in Oz, but they just released an 09 2 stroke line!
or the KTM superduke
http://bikesales.com.au/as/search/sd...entPage=2&x=11
or finally, grab the 05 cbr600 thats horn, like that look over the new models.
it was a nice bike when it was a concept, but took tooo damn long for them to release it, still nice imo, but not as flash as the newer bikes
i love the deus bikes, i'd love something bobber style http://www.deus.com.au/#/bikes/
if i was after a sports bike i'd go for something like the 1098r
as for scooters i'd get a zoomer/ruckus as you can mod the shit outta them. might get one when i go to japan :p
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...iyakoshi_l.jpg
motards are crap, and having a two stroker would make it crapper, ya they are good for a while, but only if ur the kinda guy who likes rebuilding his bike every year.
plus they look like the lovechild of a scooter and a dirtbike lol
ruckus is the shit!!
1098r is way too much for my budget and skill level lol
Caffe Racers!!
Oldschool looking bikes, lots of fun to build & ride
But my FAV bike.. Triumph Daytona 675 *drools*
675s are an expensive drop lol
get a postie
i want a yammaha XVS650. ok price and lams approved.
drools drools drools
triumph bobber ftw...

Loved ninja's ever since i was little kiddy
blah! sorry but not my cup of tea at all, they are the bike everyone gets when they dont know what to get. but to each there own
i wouldnt mind an old ww2 indian, those things look rad:D
I wouldnt say its the bike everyone gets when they dont know what bike to get... But like you said each to their own...
just seems like u ask anyone whos either just getting into bikes, or is talking about one day owning a bike they all want a ninja, its pretty well known i guess
get a fkn scooter and i'll meet u at newtown for a coffee with our sexy scarfs..
on a serious note, i cant go past the r6 or the cbr600 or a gixxer... genuine bikes. i hate ninjas. esp the hayabusa. no handling on them two wheel whales at all
hahaha
i cant wait for the cb1000r, pretty sure thats what ill be upgrading to, less they bring out something cooler in the meantime,
me, i love the simplicity of the hyosung
http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/photo...ng-GT250Ra.jpg
hopefully when i get my bike license ill pick one up
Kath's brother has one, it's ****ing sexy.
funny i see more people get r6's and gsxr then ninjas.. think ninjas have gone out of fashion.. imo.
Ninjas are nice, but like the gsxrs they are alot of money for their age.
OMGGGG IM IN LOVE WITH THE DUCATI 848 ..... **** man if only insurance didnt cost 5k :S
insurance is like the counter balance of everything awesome
the awesomer it is, the more insurance costs, bringing the awesome level slightly down to par
considering a 1litre bike now .... i just dont think the thing is gona be petrol friendly as i travel 500kms a week at least
1098R or CBR Fireblade awesomeness materialised
get something in between then, a gsxr750!
I love my supersports, but choppers rock
http://www.wildwestmc.com/models/images/d1L.jpg
ya thers just something so badass about a chopper, cant be beaten
its like comparing a monster truck to a ferrari, sure ones completely differnt, but in their own ways, equally awesome
id love to rip a top gear burnout on a tyre like that
http://www.dreamgate.ne.jp/NSR/gener...0SP_repsol.jpg
my all time fav...but dunno if i can find it in australia...96 NSR250R
nice choice spoon, but its not worth it (owned one myself but a 94SP)
better off getting a mc21, easier to derestrict and no keycard bs to deal with.
used to like the look of the proarm, but the banana swingarm on the 21 imo now is alot nicer
easier to work on the bike too, if you dont have a paddock stand, just raise it up on car stands.... can't do that with a single sider now can ya
do they have those in aus? i think i saw a guy on one the other day, looked exactly like that and sounded like one too
probably not a 96SP extremely rare and would fetch a pretty penny if its in that condition, i wouldnt even want to ride it around on the street!
but 94 and up all look like that, just gotta get it in those rep colours
lol, like you im stuck in the 90's too
Buy yourself a commuter then and a litre bike for the weekends. Or just keep your CBRRRRRRRRRR250. Having a big bike which doesn't run well cold is a pain to split on and too expensive to leave on the side of the road can be a pain. (Not that I know about the expensive part my bikes are all worth sweet fa)
For a stunter your best of getting either a naked, a street fighter or a motard. You don't want plastics that will brake, your also going to want something common so parts are easy to comeby grab and old binned 750+ super sport and save your cash a stunter nees to be cheap.
