Can anyone tell me what issues would be had if I were to fit 17x7+40 (245/45/R17) onto a Civic FD1?

245 Rubn the front guards, you need guards rolled and either camber bolts or adjustable camber plates
wont fit in the rear 235s doable depending on brand and again ya need adjustable upper arms in the rear.
245s also more drag a d u use more fuel
Ohhh, I see. That makes sense now. Thanks for that.
17x7 won't fit 245/45 either lol
Need 215/45
Yeah better size is 17x8, 205s is a nice stretch other step upto 17x8.5 +30 and stretch 215 or 225
Hello
I would stay between a 215/45 and a 225/45
I had 205 on a 9 inch wide rim once and threw my speedo out by 10kms.
I have FN2R rims paired with 235/45/R18 tires but It wont fit on my FD, seems my tires are hitting my coilovers, what spacers should I need to buy? sorry im a noob :)
hey k20z2PH whats the offest of your rims firstly ?
I ran 245/45/17 on my FD over the weekend front and rear, thou I prefered some 235/40/17 as the smaller rollin diameter pulls a little harder, Im running 17x8.5 +30 which also fits nicely on Sti's, Evo'sand R32, yes my guards are pulled and rolled abit and I do have 2deg of camber up front each side.
Hey guys, I've got an 07 FN2R not lowered at all mostly stock
I'm thinking of putting on the rear 18x10 14 offset. And on the front 18x9 25.
What u think?? Anyone done it?
