Don't wana spam, but c'mon you can't be serious...
It's still a fwd.. And still non turbo.
Spend 15k on a honda to get 160kw atw
Spend 3k on s15 to get 200kwatw with more torque.
I received emails from both ESP and bisimoto today:
Hello, thanks for the inquire.* We use the H22 transmission with our kit not H2B or H2D they are totally different swaps with different tilts and engine position.* H2B or H2D will not clear stock hood and will need atleast our Alternator Kit 1/2" Over either H or D and our EF H/F Traction Bar System to complete the swap.* With H trans it sits like it is suppose to and clears stock hood.* Difference between H22 trans and a shorter geared B GSR trans is about*3-4 tenths in the 1/4 mile anything can make that up.* Usually recommend H2B or H2B for drag and H trans for street/strip.* Thanks-John

Would you be able to supply a kit for use with a h2d kit? I've been looking around and seems like a better way to go about this conversion than to use custom axles etc... Do you know of any downside to this ? I'm feeling like your kit is the better way to go with this but just unsure...

Greeting's George,
Thank you for the email correspondence. A*DOHC H/F-Series Engine will require spacing the hood up for clearance. If you are utilizing a SOHC F-Series it will clear. Feel free to make your purchase online or give us a call at the facility when you are ready.*
We look forward to assisting you with your performance goals.
Have a great day!*
Best,

Sounds good il grab the alternator bracket and crank pulley as well... Ive done a bit of reading and seems like the bonnet will be hitting the top of the engine... Is this correct? And also do I order through your website? Thanks*
To me this looks like ESP are just making me buy there standard kit and don't really wanna help me with the h2d which is understandable but they didn't answer my question if there was any downside to doing the conversion with the bisimoto kit so I'm thinking it's just as good of a kit maybe better seeing as I don't have to weld in any brackets and bisi mentioned the issue with bonnet clearance without hiding that fact... What do you guys reckon ?
Iv got a H2B in an EG, and it is very tight. Bonnet brackets needed to be lifted about half an inch. u can barely notice that the bonnet is lifted when its closed anyway.
Also, dont want to be a spammer, but, the power you get out of a type r b series box is incredible. the best gearbox to use on any car in my opinion.... more expensive, but worth it. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, interested to see how everything goes. Good Luck with build mate.
