gen 1 teg parts help!

hey guys, i have a 1986 gen 1 teg, and i just scored a second hand low km d16a3 to swap with the old one!
just wondering if anyone could help me out with finding some parts for it.
things i want to get out of the way first would be I/H/E
just not sure about where i can go for aftermarket headers and intake??
secondly would be cams/cam gears which ive been looking at for some time but im not too sure on the source so if any one has any experience in g1 tegs and could give me some advice/ info thatd be great!
