Recurring wiper problem

Hello all. I've posted this info before with no luck for a solution. Thought I'd post again in case someone can advise. My 93 Accord wipers come on by themselves when I turn the headlights on and i cant turn them off. Today the speedo stopped working, engine light came on, green S light flashing. Left indicator green light on the dash illuminated and left blinker not working but right blinker works. Wipers going by themselves. I've tried looking at earth wires and changed speed sensor with no luck. This has been going on for over a year and so far with no fix
