then click on the 'fuel' tab
"The DieselGas Technologies System introduces up to 35% LPG to the fuel-mix, which acts as a catalyst, boosting the combustion process. This lifts the burn rate to 98%, increasing torque while reducing harmful exhaust pollutants by up to 90%."
Hmm, never heard of that before.
ive heard of adding a few litres of 98 octance to a tank of diesel for more bang.
^lmao, this guy
no point in adding shit to your fuel mate, because your ecu will not know there is different fuel in the tank
for there to be any benefit, you will need to get your ecu tuned
what the **** are you smoking? of course the ecu doesnt know there is something else in the tank. all it knows is that it needs to spit this much into the cylinder.
but adding things to the fuel changes the properties of it. and how it reacts in the combustion chamber
i think ur misunderstanding my post, relax
i was amused about ur idea of adding petrol to diesel
the 2nd two lines of my first post were directed to the OP, not you
maybe thats why you seem very angry?
as for different mixtures changing the reaction in the cylinder, yes that is right, but it doesnt mean there will be any increase in power if nothing else has been changed
whats the point of this octane rating if it doesnt actually increase useable power in any way or form and also can/will deteriorate the fuel system itself ?
Remember RON , is a indication of resistance to detonation ( and thusly more timing / more air can be used....more power ) It doesnt necessarily mean without tuning/ECU ability- that adding a mix of fuels/ will actually give any boost in said power.
