If there is a difference I have a feeling it will be hardly noticeable...maybe stop my chassis from making the rare squeaking noises every so often!
I like the look of the bar atm so it shouldn't be too bad!

looks like another ricer fad. same with replacing rear lower control arm's. thicker sway bar would be better IMO. just another thing to scrape and bend on speed hump's.

From memory I just bent the brackets a little and never had an issue in the years since fitting it. The tie bar isn't meant to make a difference you can feel. It just helps provide some strength or integrity to the chassis when a thicker sway bar is used such as the JDM ITR 23mm bar pictured. An ITR has one fitted stock as well as a thicker subframe in this section to start with.
If you're after a mod you can feel get a rear strut brace. I had a Spoon item fitted to this car.
