Hi all,
Just a quick reminder that we have systems in place for dealing with complaints relating to items bought/sold. This is either for individuals or businesses.
This is covered in the announcement which appears at the top of every Marketplace section.
I find it very hard to comprehend that people are not either submitting feedback via the itrader system or lodging complaints so that we can keep it on file.
Please use the system :)
