2006 facelift bumper/skirt on 2004 model

Hi All

Not sure if this was asked, but could I put a 2006 sport rear bumper and door on a 2004 Lux model?

The 06 got the facelift if I am correct. I need to replace my rear bumper and my rear passenger door, wanted to get your take before I grab em from the wreckers,
