Civic EK1 1999 new clutch and lightned flywheel

Hi,

So my EK1 is up for a new clutch and I'm looking at getting a lightened* flywheel also, as this is a track car project.

I'm looking at JDMyard for a heavy duty clutch but I don't know where and what weight to go for with the flywheel.

Let's say I order the kit online can any mechanic install that with no dramas in Sydney?
