93 Accord speedo still eratic

Hello. Still having problems with erratic speedo. I'm noticing it plays up first thing in the morning when the car is cold. I can be stopped at the lights and the speedo jumps all over the place. When i drive off after a few minutes the green s light comes then shortly after the engine light. I think from previous posts about the wipers coming on when I put the lights and now an erratic speedo even when I'm stopped. Im in starting to think the ECU is faulty. It's only an assumption
Any ideas?
