Kings lows on ek with stock shocks?

Just wandering will kings low springs work fine on stock ek shocks?.

Yes and no

Low / stiff springs on stock (old) shocks is usually a bad idea

Realistic scenario - the shocks can't damp the springs, and you bounce all over the road

Worst case scenario - you bottom out the shocks and stuff the foot valves.

Good condition dampers will tolerate a slight increase in spring stiffness though.

Cut your bump stops in half , and ride the bouncy lowered ride on stock shocks.

bought my 96 ek with kings lowered springs on the stock shocks. f*cking rides like sh*t handles like a boat.
