u got a cable or hydraulic Eg ?
Arent ALL EGs Hydraulic? I've never heard of a Cable EG hence why B16A and B18C conversions are simpler!Quote:

I did a conversion straight from an EG6 SIR halfcut, so that would make it hydraulic clutch. Just wondering if I need to find a gear box from another EG6 B16a, or are there any australian gearboxes such as from 96-98 civic vtir b16a, or integra B18cs that I can use? Or can I use a gear box from an older b16a engine?
Alternatively, are they able to be rebuilt?
any hydraulic b series gearbox will work :)
this includes.
Civic, integra Civic and Integra type R with LSD and CRV B20 gearboxes

So when i ring up the wreckers, besides asking for a B16a gearbox, I can also ask for B18c etc gearboxes. Will it make any difference or are they all the same?
