Civic EK 99-00 Manual to power window and mirror conversion.

Hi every one, this is a noob question. I am wondering if anyone has done this before. I have a 99-00 Ek hatch cxi and it has manual windows. I also have an Ej8 in my yard that my brother was wrecking which has all the components for me to do my swap. I have read majority of the Hondatech post about this before and all of the articles state that you must use floor harness specific to your model.( 96-98 for 96-98 only) and (99-00 to 99-00 only). however i was wondering if there is a way to bypass the use the floor harness of the 96-98 ej8 into my 99-00 ek. I also realize the rear wiper will not work if i put in a coupe (ej8) floor harness in a hatch but that's ok cause i was planing to rear wiper delete.

Could someone help me out?
