found it... head gasket on the wrong way took about 4 hours to replace FML

just done a rebuild and there is oil pouring out from underneath the intake manifold on the passenger side of the car... its leaks only when the car is turned on... so im guessing it preasured.

my 89 vtir is registered as a 5 seater.
ive been fined on my ps for having a 5th passenger on my red ps and they didnt take any demerit points off cause the cops didnt know what to do...

so i broke the skirt on one of my vtir pistons by dropping it and ive got a set of used type r pistons and a spare vtir one,,, now the question is do i go the type r ones or vtir ones....

go b20 if you are replacing all the internals, im guessing you'll be spending roughly the same amount of money on it, and b20= more torque for you daily driving :D
maybe it's your gearbox? try slamming the shifter to the right a few times in neutral a few times and then try putting it in first gear, if your clutch feels fine when ur pressing it and it drives...
bleed ur clutch and see how it goes :D
It probably is possible but i wouldn't do it... Your head is a very vital part of your engine, get it done professionally.
Get yourself a VRS kit, take the head off yourself if you can and take it...
na i changed my clutch but they usually take off the axle and other bits when they do that for easy access,,,
just take it back to the place, theres usually a warranty on the work that they have...
take it back to the place you got it done,,, not sure what it is but its a nut or bolt that they've taken off and not put on properly.

well i just spent around 5k, i go to uni and work, i think you can see my problem in throwing another 3-4k to work on it...
