how does greasing that make a difference?

well basically my rear pads 1 side is wearing heaps more then the other side
i took it to the mechanics to get it changed " brake pads" but im assuming so that they would grease it?

since your saying that that i would have to get new calipers or get them rebuilt?

i got told i should put in a sway bar to balance this out but theres stuff that i search about sub frames are they the same thing ? do i have to buy it as set to install or i can just put a sway bar...
