Dont rush to buy anything as yet. Pull out your fuel pump assembly and check the fuel pressure regulator. It is held in place by a plastic "C" shape clip which tends to deform over time and opens up....

If you want to get a forged rod for the b16b you will need to order what is called a "long rod" for the LS/B20 engine and have the journal width machined to suite the b16b journal. See link for eagle...

I would say 500hp (370kw) is a good place to stop. I have noticed once the stock sleeves are taken to mid 550hp (410kw) and above the sleeve are prone to cracking.

Do you know what program is even on the chip?

check your TPS. It may need to be adjusted.
With the ignition on adjust the TPS to 0.48v with the throttle closed.

It sounds like You need to have it tuned to match your mods

Either you get an ecu that supports the oil pressure switch to use the chip
or you get the chip read, edited and flashed to remove the vtec oil pressure check.

You are trying to use a chip that uses the vtec oil pressure switch and yet the PO6 doesn't support it.

Was the PO6 even converted to vtec??? ......lol

You should also check to see if there is any corrosion on the connector plug and tps sensor contacts.
