Recentlly I was convicted of driving with suspended licence. 1 year band and 450 in fine. I have jury duty coming up in a few weeks. Am I still eligible or do I have to send them a letter...

the judge said "your convicted" and handed out the penatly 450 and 1year. Does that mean I now have a criminal conviction?

What are the procedures mate? You enter the court. Do you have to say an oath stating that everything you say is the truth?
