Luxury model is riding on 18 inch wheel with lower 45 profile tyres compare to the standard model that is using 50 profile.

Is the clutch reservoir still on max mark? Loosing any clutch fluid? Could be the time for a new clutch master cylinder? May be air in the clutch line?

It's not that jazz 02-03 are incompatible with E10. Honda didn't test those jazz for E10, therefore the compatibility is unknown.

I have a vti as well. On highway driving, my trip meter hits 530 before the light goes on.
The fuel gauge goes so fast. I think it's because it's a big gauge, hence more sensitive :).

y4 should be not different from other d engine. my y8 takes 3.5 lt with oil filter replaced.
Try putting 3.5, and check the dip stick. top up as necessary.

your jazz plugs maybe be a iridium or platinum tip which will last up to 100k km.

wow.. that's a bit extreme. I've been using the same bolt for some years and it's still good. Only washer is needed I reckon.

Try resetting the ecu.
To do that, remove the negative battery terminal for few minutes.
This will reset your head unit.
