    did you remove the plastic cover near the center...

    did you remove the plastic cover near the center of the windscreen? theres a bolt behind that and you do need to unbolt the steering column

    B18C7 is OBD2a so just search for OBD2a ECU pinout (the one in the link is correct)

    There aren't any wires in you chassis harness because it's a GSI chassis, just extend the wires from your engine...
