It has to be ADR approved... if your globe doesn't brag that it has ADR approval your car will be unroadworthy if you use it.

Also HID kits will more than likely make your car unroadworthy as you...

You need to upgrade to HID... no easy task if you want your car to stay roadworthy. Easier if you have access to a Lux for parts or to drive instead :P
