Shifter as in the assembly itself? I run a Buddyclub Short Shift kit on my EP3 that replaces the whole assembly under the dash plate. To combat the short length I then used a circuit hero extension...

they fit great. yeh those were the ones! I'd weather seal them first though as sometimes they fog up (no reason not to buy though)

CAMS race and CAMS event are different. Cams clib level sprints are fine with a bolt in (any cage is recommended) howevet if you are wheel to wheel racing in a competition class then you'd need cams...

It might be an idea to see if he has the prop valve (if he's willing to part with that) as the bias between Brembos and stock EP3 brakes will be different.
