Could you explain what you mean by "Turn them till it reads the same as a tacho or apexi unit or whatever you use to get a signal off the ecu". like what am i turning the screws to read the same as ?
So it's because its been sitting out of a car for too long ? because it was fine before it was taken out then the rpm was slow after it was put back in after a while
