it will make a difference, it means your brakes will lock up and not do what the ABS system is designed to do which is to not allow the wheels to lock and skid.

I bought Phillips ones and there awesome, double sided taped the passenger side ballast to the the side of the headlight housing and on the drivers side manage to mount it in the supplied bracket...

I did see that spot, in the lux model that is where they put the ballast factory. I might try that idea then just thought it would be hard taking of the front bar.
