check lug nuts,have a look under the car to see if anythings really close to the headers or exhaust, could be headers grinding against tie bar or something. good luck man.

ive got a sports organic HD clutch recently installed, should should the clutch height be shorter than standard clutch and friction point at about half way?

yeah man i tried all that. far my kits pretty old bro. came from previous owner, so im pretty sure theres only one ballast. and yeah it was working before until i was playing around with my intake....
